We want you to be completely satisfied with your Aromatail purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Opened or used consumable products (flavor drops, infusion kits) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
If you have not received your refund within 7 business days of approval, please first check with your bank or credit card company. If you still have not received it, contact us at support@aromatail.com.
